Sind Fellnasen Deine Leidenschaft? Hast Du mindestens 2 Wochen Zeit und möchtest auf einer tollen Insel mit einem engagierten Team etwas Positives bewegen. Neue Erfahrungen sammeln, neue Leute und vor allem eine grosse Zahl Tiere kennenlernen, die alle schon mit Freude auf Dich warten. Wichtig zu wissen:
Das Tierheim stellt Dir nach Bedarf und Wunsch kostenlos ein Volontär-Wohn-Container zur Verfügung.
Wenn Du im Volontär-Wohn-Container wohnst, ist es zwingend, dass Du einen mindestens 3 Jahre alten Führerausweis (Führerschein) für Personenwagen besitzt (wird von den Auto- und Motorrad-Vermietern verlangt).
In allen Zeitspannen mit dem Hinweis "VC Besetzt / Occupied", ist der Volontär-Wohn-Container bereits belegt. In den Zeitspannen mit dem Hinweis "VC Verfügbar / Available", kannst Du den Wohncontainer noch beziehen.
Du kannst aber auch in einer der nahegelegenen Ortschaften, Akrotiri oder Perissa, ein Zimmer buchen und mit einem Fahrzeug (Motorrad, Quad, Auto) ins Tierheim fahren.
In diesem Fall ist ein Einsatz als Volontär jederzeit möglich und die Hinweise ob "Besetzt" oder "Verfügbar" nicht relevant.

Important to know:
The animal shelter will provide you with a Volunteer living Container free of charge if required and requested.
If you live in the Volunteer living Container, it is imperative that you have a driver's license for cars that is at least 3 years old (is required by car and motorcycle rental companies).
In all periods with the note "VC Besetzt / Occupied", the Volunteer living Container is already occupied. You can still move into the living container during the periods with the note "VC Verfügbar / Available".
You can also book a room in one of the nearby towns, Akrotiri or Perissa, and drive a vehicle (motorcycle, quad, car) to the shelter.
In this case, volunteering is possible at any time and the information as to whether “occupied” or “available” is irrelevant.
